Turning Vision Into Reality
Most organizations don't fail because of a lack of vision; they fail because they lack the discipline to execute it.
In this seminar, Gary draws from the Scaling Up principles of Verne Harnish to teach leaders how to align their people, strategy, execution, and financial resources in a way that brings real, measurable impact. This session focuses specifically on the executive challenges that stall great plans: unclear priorities, misaligned teams, inconsistent rhythms, and the absence of accountability.
Participants will learn practical, actionable frameworks to move from intention to implementation, helping their teams stay focused, healthy, and aligned around the mission God has entrusted to them. By strengthening execution discipline, leaders can turn strategy into reality and build ministries that flourish with clarity, unity, and purpose.
