We are excited to invite you to participate as a vendor at the Christian Camp and Conference Association (CCCA) Pacific Southwest Sectional, which will take place from February 24–26, 2026.

This annual event gathers camp and conference leaders from across the region, offering a unique opportunity to connect with decision-makers, showcase your products and services, and expand your network within the camping ministry community.

Our heart is to fill the room with resources that bless and equip the camps and staff who attend. Your presence helps make that possible—and puts your offerings in front of a highly receptive audience.

Event Setup Details

Tables with linens are provided.
Load-in: Tuesday, Wednesday, February 25, beginning at 9:00 AM. Vendor events start at 11:00, end at 3:00.
Load-out: Flexible timing; please plan to complete no later than dinner on Wednesday, February 25.

Flyer Stuffing Service: $100

Get your materials into the hands of every participant by letting the CCCA/PSW cabinet stuff your flyer into the conference attendee bags. We must receive flyers by January 26, 2026.

This is a great way to make your pitch through a video link placed in the conference program booklets.

Vendor Housing & Meals: $150

Stay with us for the whole conference so that you can meet everyone! This option includes hotel style housing, private bath and all meals (Tuesday dinner through Thursday breakfast) Feb 24-26, 2026.

Sponsorship Opportunities:

Main Session Sponsor – $1,500 (Tuesday or Wednesday)

Includes all vendor benefits
Recognition on the section website
Prominent on-site display of your signage
5-minute presentation during evening session, additional time to have a camp leader to speak about their experience with you
Receive flyer stuffing and QR code service

You will also receive a list of the conference attendees contact info after the conference concludes. This sponsorship allows you to set up your booth in the general session building offering you more time to meet with the attendees.

Dessert Sponsor – $750 (Four available)

2-minute presentation during the session that your dessert is served.
